Welcome to 555pk (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 555pk is an English-language online gaming information website operating at 555pk.cam, developed and maintained for Pakistani users and the broader South Asian digital audience.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the legal framework governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, pages and materials made available through it. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and any other person who accesses or browses the Platform ("you" or "the User").

By accessing any part of 555pk, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Your access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the first moment you access any page of 555pk.cam.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and that the organisation agrees to be bound accordingly.

555pk is an information and content platform only. We are not a licensed gambling operator. We do not:

• Accept deposits, bets or wagers from users;
• Pay out winnings or prizes of any kind;
• Hold a gambling or betting operating license in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction;
• Act as an agent, intermediary or affiliate for any specific gambling operator (unless explicitly disclosed in context);
• Claim endorsement, authorisation or regulation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory body.

The Platform provides editorial content including guides on sports betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events), casino game information, bonus term explanations, payment method overviews and responsible gambling resources. All such content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made for contextual familiarity purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any such provider, nor any affiliation or commercial relationship with 555pk.

Access to the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction applicable to any operator whose services you choose to use. Age verification is the responsibility of the individual user and of any operator whose platform you access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing gambling-related information is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representation that its content is appropriate or lawful for use in all locations.
• No Excluded Persons: You must not be a person who has voluntarily or compulsorily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who has been prohibited from accessing gambling-related services by any court order or regulatory authority.

Subject to these Terms, 555pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.

Permitted use includes:

• Reading, viewing and sharing Platform content for personal reference;
• Using the Platform's navigation features to browse information categories;
• Accessing responsible gambling guidance and support information.

This licence does not extend to any use that falls within the Prohibited Conduct defined in Section 7, or any use that conflicts with Applicable Law.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates Applicable Law or any regulation having the force of law;
• Use the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, access control or technological protection measure on the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, index or systematically download content from the Platform without prior written consent from 555pk;
• Reproduce, republish, modify or distribute Platform content for commercial purposes without authorisation;
• Introduce, transmit or upload malicious code, viruses, trojans or any software intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• Impersonate 555pk, its representatives, or any other person or entity in a way that is misleading or fraudulent;
• Use the Platform to collect data about other users without their consent;
• Engage in any conduct that could bring 555pk, its brand or its content into disrepute.

555pk reserves the right to take appropriate action — including restriction of access — against any user found to be in breach of these prohibitions.

555pk makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on the Platform is accurate and current at the time of publication. However, the online gambling industry is subject to rapid change, and we cannot guarantee the ongoing accuracy of all content, including:

• Bonus offers, welcome package values and free spins quantities;
• Wagering requirements and promotional terms;
• RTP percentages and game mechanics;
• Operator licensing status;
• Payment processing timelines and limits expressed in PKR or other currencies.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from 555pk;
• You may not use the 555pk name, logo or brand identity in any context — including social media, advertising or promotional material — without authorisation;
• Fair use and academic citation remain subject to proper attribution.

The Platform may reference third-party gambling operators, software providers, sports leagues (including PSL, ICC, and other sporting organisations), payment services or other external entities in a purely informational context. Such references:

• Do not constitute an endorsement, partnership, affiliation or commercial relationship unless explicitly stated;
• Do not imply that any referenced operator is licensed in Pakistan or that its services are lawful for Pakistani residents;
• Are provided as context only — you must conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any third-party operator or service.

555pk has no control over third-party websites or operators and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, terms, or practices. Your interaction with any third party is governed entirely by that third party's own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 555pk and its officers, directors, employees, agents and content contributors shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Financial losses arising from gambling decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Damages resulting from your inability to access the Platform, interruptions, errors or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not 555pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 555pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and content contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms;
• Your violation of any Applicable Law or the rights of any third party;
• Any gambling activity you undertake following use of this Platform, regardless of whether such activity was informed by Platform content.

555pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform value, not a compliance footnote. The following principles apply to all users:

• This Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction;
• Gambling should be treated as entertainment, never as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulty;

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and that you consent to the data practices described therein, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

555pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. As 555pk.cam operates as an internationally accessible information platform, the applicable governing law and jurisdiction will depend on the operator's registered jurisdiction and any applicable international agreements.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission that online gambling is lawful for Pakistani residents. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for compliance with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and all other applicable Pakistani legislation, provincial ordinances and regulatory requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
